Reverse Mortgage Wholesaler – Hassle Free Experience

Increased popularity of a certain type of mortgage expands the competition for clients. In the reverse mortgage industry there is a new type of mortgage format for you to consider – the reverse mortgage wholesale. A reverse mortgage wholesale may be the perfect way for you to get the reverse mortgage that you want at the rate that you want without the lender fees that many lenders are pressuring their clients into assuming.

If you want a hassle-free experience, consider a reverse mortgage wholesaler.

One such reverse mortgage wholesaler, Lender Lead Solutions, has been on the forefront of the reverse mortgage revolution and has recently expanded its operations into a subsidiary company, known as LLS Financial that specializes in reverse mortgages.

In an attempt to cut out all of the unnecessary paperwork and fine print details, LLS Financial has taken the reverse wholesale market to a whole new level to make the process simple and easy to use.

When considering a reverse mortgage, you want to know how long it will take for a reverse mortgage company to approve you. On average the approval process takes several weeks with a traditional reverse mortgage company, but with a reverse mortgage wholesaler, you could have your reverse mortgage in hand within 24 hours.

That is quick! If regaining your financial freedom as quickly as possible is one of your essential needs, then a reverse mortgage wholesale may be just what you need.

Reverse mortgages have a different purpose than forward mortgages do. Reverse mortgages don’t always have rising debt and falling equity.

Reverse mortgages may have fixed or variable rates. Reverse mortgages can use up all or some of the equity in your home, leaving fewer assets for you and your heirs. Reverse mortgage loan advances are not taxable, and generally do not affect Social Security or Medicare benefits.

For most reverse mortgages, the money can be used for any purpose; however, the borrower must pay off any existing mortgage(s) with the proceeds from the reverse mortgage and, if needed, additional personal funds. At that point, the reverse mortgage can be paid off with the proceeds of the sale of the house, or be refinanced by the heirs of the homeowner’s estate. Other options that can free up home equity but avoid the high upfront costs of a reverse mortgage include: 1) intra-family loan or sale-leaseback and, 2) selling and moving to a less expensive dwelling or location.

To find relevant details on something specific such as reverse mortgages ask your friends and co-workers for info they may have found out on it. You can also look up various groups on the web that discuss things such as newsgroups and forums. There is one on so many topics and you can post your own question. See below for more information on Reverse Mortgage.

An OmniHome Reverse Mortgage (www.omnireverse.com) is fully insured and guaranteed by the Federal Housing Administration, which is part of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The FHA tells OmniHome how much they can lend you, based on your age and the value of your home. The program limits your loan costs, and the FHA guarantees that lenders will meet their obligations. And with a Reverse Mortgage, there’s no repayment necessary as long as you stay in your home. Remember, the beauty of a Reverse Mortgage from OmniHome is that you stay in your home. There’s no moving away to a nursing home, no living in an assisted care apartment. You live in your own home; you keep the title to your home. So give yourself some peace of mind, and give my friends at OmniHome a call at (877) 944-OMNI.

Question by icsowesmemoney: Does anyone know how a “REVERSE MORTGAGE works?
My mohter in law wants to take out a reverse mortgage on their house. They own it free and clear and they are both retired. They want the money to travel, vacation etc.

someone told me that it is not very cost effective and that they should just re-fi.

Any info on this subject would be helpful.

Best answer:

Answer by xxcain149xx
The bank basically buys your house back from you over time, and then when you die they get to take it.

Edit: I think it would be a great idea for an older couple who wanted some extra spending money but wanted to still live in the house they have had for so long. As long as they do not have any children who they are planning on leaving the house to. Its great for people who are old and dont care if the bank owns their house after they die.

Mortgage Rates – Why Mortgage Rates Fluctuate

Mortgage rates – Why Mortgage Rates Fluctuate

Mortgage rates are the rats at which the banks lend money to their customers to buy houses and property. They determine their mortgage rates based on the rate at which they are able to lend money – mainly from the reserve bank. This rate is often referred to as the repo rate.

Although with the latest credit crunch, you may think that mortgage rates which fluctuate are a bad thing, but mortgage rates fluctuations can be used to your advantage.

By choosing the right kind of mortgage loan, you can actually save thousands due to mortgage rates changing. For example, when the mortgage rates are low, then that is the best time to apply for a fixed rate loan. With a fixed rate loan, your repayments are fixed for a certain period – a few years, or even the entire loan period and then when the mortgage rates climb, your payments remain stable. This is a great type of loan to use for a budget as well since you will always know what your repayment is.

A variable rate loan has changing repayments which fluctuate as mortgage rates change. If mortgage rates at the time of taking out your loan are high, then this is the best type of loan to apply for. It means that when the interest rate falls then mortgage rates fall and your repayments fall leaving you a bit of extra cash in your budget.
But whether you choose a fixed or variable loan, be sure to shop around for the best mortgage rates. There are tons of companies who all want your business and to be competitive they offer deals on mortgage rates.

One of the best ways to shop around is to use a mortgage loan broker. A broker will get a number of quotes for the best mortgage rates on your behalf and they can also answer questions you may have about your mortgage loan.

Your credit rating also changes the mortgage rates you are offered, so its also a good idea to know your credit score and to try to improve your score as much as possible before you apply for a loan. Good credit reporting companies often offer a credit monitoring service. Better mortgage rates are easier with good credit scores.

But whether you’re looking for a fixed or variable rate loan, be sure to shop around for the cheapest mortgage rates. Cheaper mortgage rates could save you thousands in the long run. So to find to find the cheapest mortgage rates search for a broker in your area.
